The bedrooms are private, we do not accept multiple bookings simoultaneously.
- Monthly values stated are for 1 person ocupation and considering the minimum stay of 3 months in a row.
- extra person has a charge of 150€ monthly
- services included as monthly costs of water, electricity and internet/tv
- daily cleaning of common areas
- monthly cleaning of private rooms including changing of linen and towels
- fully equipped kitchen and access to all common areas
Common areas : livingroom & shared bathrooms, kitchen fully equipped and dinning room. Also big garden, solarium and esplanade.
